THAT the Committee agrees to add the following dates to the 2024 Wilmot Canada Day Event Task Force meeting schedule April 23, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. THAT the Committee remove the July 9, 2024 date from the 2024 Wilmot Canada Day Event Task Force meeting schedule; and THAT the Committee agrees to host the April 23, 2024 Wilmot Canada Day Event Task Force meeting at Scott Park.
